Now we shall see how to apply neon glow effects to an image. To accomplish this task, click on the Filter menu.

Click Artistic.

Select the Neon Glow option.

Neon Glow dialog box appears. In the Options group, vary the Glow Size by dragging the slider.

Drag the Glow Brightness slider to vary the brightness.

Change the Glow Color as required. Default color is blue. Click OK to observe the neon glow.
